Install NortonSymbianHack.sisx.get it from here 


Launch the app.
Go Options- Anti-Virus -Quarantine list

Go Options – Restore, accept prompt

Exit application, delete from App manager Named Symantec Symbian Hack.

Use xplore to delete c:\\shared\\ folder
get Xplore here 

(In xplore go to menu-tools-config,Then tick show system files and folder)

Install RomPatcherPlus_3.1.sisx
